Accommodation Booking Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your booking and stay at Aquarius on the Beach ("we," "us," or "our"). By making a reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Booking and Payment
1.1. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.
1.2. Deposits & Payments are due as per the accommodation rate terms.
1.3. Accommodation must be paid in full on arrival/check-in unless otherwise agreed.
1.4. We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment details are invalid or unauthorized.
1.5 A Security deposit of $200.00 is required on arrival/check-in.
1.6 Payments made by credit card will incur a credit card surcharge. Visa & Mastercard Payments will incur a 0.85% surcharge & Amex Payments will incur a 2.48% surcharge.​

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
2.1. Flexible Cancellation and Refund Policy: Bookings made on a flexible rate plan can be modified or cancelled up to 2 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received 2 days prior to arrival will incur no charge.
No modifications will be accepted within 2 days or arrival. If the booking is cancelled within 2 days of arrival a cancellation fee will be charged equivalent to the value of the total accommodation plus applicable credit card surcharge. Bookings made on a flexible rate plan must be paid in full 2 days prior to arrival. 
2.2. Non-Refundable Rate Cancellation and Refund Policy: Bookings made on non refundable rate plan are non-refundable. 100% Payment is due at the time the booking is made. No modifications or date changes will be accepted. Cancellations will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the total accommodation amount plus applicable credit card surcharge.

3. Check-in and Check-out
3.1. Check-in: From 2pm
3.2. Check-out: By 10am
3.3. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities
4.1. The primary guest must be at over 18 years of age to make a booking.
4.2 Guests must comply with all property rules and policies.
4.3. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
4.4. Damages caused by the guest will be charged to the credit card on file.
4.5. Smoking and pets are not allowed—violation may result in a penalty fee.

5. Liability
5.1. We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
5.2. Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their children or guests.
5.3 We make every effort to ensure all information displayed on our site is accurate; however, we are unable to guarantee the accuracy of all information nor are we able to guarantee that the site is free of errors or faults. We reserve the right to change information displayed on our site (including these terms and conditions) at any time without notice to you.

6. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and will only use your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
